All materials from used in the production of our product from cashmere and cotton to buttons and packaging are sourced from sustainable farms, factories, and suppliers. To elevate the sustainable integrity, Kopila insist on purchasing product that is certified to industry standards, when and when it is commercially possible.
All raw materials must be natural and renewable.
All raw fibre must come from certified farms and forests promoting regenerative land use and good soil health.
All cotton must be organic, eliminating the use of pesticides and fertilisers.
The production of raw materials must not contribute to habitat loss of destruction.
Manufacturing facilities must support environmental management systems such as ISO14001 or equivalent.
Supply chain actors must have waste management systems in place.
All dyes used must be non-toxic and water management systems must be in place.
All materials must either be recyclable or compostable.
