We hope you love your Kopila item, but if you’d like a different size, alternative item or a refund we’ll collect from your home or address of your choice.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your item in the same condition you received it in for a refund or exchange.

exchanges

There’s no cost to exchange your item, simply email us at sales@kopila.co.uk within 14 days of receipt quoting your order no, name and address and details of the item you would like to exchange together with details of the new item you would like sent as a replacement. We’ll then send you the paperwork and
instructions for your DHL ODD collection.

• UK and Mainland Europe - Please allow 3 working days following receipt of your items at our warehouse for your exchange to be delivered to you.
• Rest of the world - Please allow 4 - 12 working days following receipt at our warehouse for your exchange to be delivered to you.

returns

Simply email us at sales@kopila.co.uk quoting your order no, name and address and reason for return and we’ll send you your paperwork and instructions for your return.

• Returns from the UK and mainland Europe - £10 including the return label and collection from your address of choice.
• Returns from the rest of the world - £25 including the returns label and collection from your address of choice.

Please only return items with our shipping partner by following the method above.

Please allow a maximum of 14 days for your refund from the arrival of your return into our warehouse.

All returned items must be in perfect condition, unused and with original packaging. Kopila reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the items do not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted it will be returned to you within 3 working days of arriving at our warehouse and no refund will be issued.
