You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your item in the same condition you received it in for a refund or exchange.

There’s no cost to exchange your item, simply email us at sales@kopila.co.uk within 14 days of receipt quoting your order no, name and address and details of the item you would like to exchange together with details of the new item you would like sent as a replacement. We’ll then send you the paperwork and instructions for your DHL ODD collection.
Simply email us at sales@kopila.co.uk quoting your order no, name and address and reason for return and we’ll send you your paperwork and instructions for your return.
Please only return items with our shipping partner by following the method above.
Please allow a maximum of 14 days for your refund from the arrival of your return into our warehouse.
All returned items must be in perfect condition, unused and with original packaging. Kopila reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the items do not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted it will be returned to you within 3 working days of arriving at our warehouse and no refund will be issued.

Care
To prolong the life of your garment, we recommend:
Storing your garment flat in a box or bag with an eco-friendly moth repellant.
Using a de-pilling comb regularly to minimise pilling build-up and keep your garment looking new.
Airing your garment and spot cleaning also means you will need to wash your garment less often.
When cleaning we recommend using a steam cleaner at home for the lowest environmental impact.
Wash
Steam clean at home according to manufacturers instructions for cashmere.
Professionally dry clean at an eco-friendly dry cleaner.
Hand wash cold with non-toxic detergent.
Wash items individually with care.
Gently press out excess water in a towel before drying flat immediately after washing.
Do not tumble dry.
Do not bleach.
Iron on a cool setting.
Repair
Where possible please consider repairing your garment to prolong its life. We also encourage upcycling, and there are plenty of textile artists a Google search away who creatively darn your garment and will give your garment a new lease of life.
Pass on
We hope you will love your garment for time to come and pass it on to future generations as our grandparents did. But if your garment has come to the end of its journey with you, please consider re-selling or passing it on to give it a longer life.
Recycle
Or if your beloved garment has truly reached the end of the road, please consider donating it to a cashmere recycling company or recycle at a local textile bank. Your item is 100% biodegradable. We are working on finding partners to support our repair, pass on, or recycle values and will post updates on this soon.
